If your much loved pet happens to wander off and get lost and someone finds them, they will be able to read their pet tag and contact you immediately for a quick return back home.

Yes most definitely ! It is very important that your pet has a pet tag even if they are microchipped. As a Pet Tag can be seen and read immediately whereas a microchip needs a special scanner to read it, usually by the local council or a vet to be scanned.

We recommend , you should have the pet’s name and either 2 phone numbers or your address and 1 phone number. 

We accept PayPal Express Checkout, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank Deposit.

Our tags are made from very durable aluminium and are double coated with colour. Under normal circumstances this tag will last long but our suggestion is to avoid the contact with other tag/metal rubbing against it. All pet tags also come with a super strong nickel plated split ring or the option to purchase a tag lock easy connector.

We use the latest LASER engraving machinery available, which produces great contrast and a nice, bright clear engraving finish and is also permanent !

The laser is also very flexible in marking all types of content such as serial numbers, data matrix codes or other variable content. Anodised aluminium can be marked easily and beautifully with laser.

Please note: Pay close attention to the measurements of each tag. We take no responsibility if the tag purchased does not fit correctly on your pet. 

You will receive Order Confirmation Number at the end of payment and email notification.

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 – 7 business days via  Australia Post , and will generally arrive 2 – 5 business days to most CBD area locations after dispatch.

Delivery time usually takes about 2-5 business days after dispatch. On some rare occasions, delivery time on some orders can be significantly delayed (sometimes weeks), due to postal reasons beyond our control. If for any reason, your order has not been received by the standard processing and shipping time, we ask that you please have patience. Chances are, it will arrive in a timely manner. If for any reason it doesn’t arrive at all within 30 days from the time of purchase please contact us.

Your able to cancel or make changes to your order before it has been engraved. If the item has already been engraved, order cancellation will not be accepted.
